The /UL is somewhat difficult to use in conjunction with the GULL... but if you can handle it, then it's fine.
If you like to OB a lot, I'll tell you that you might want to tune most of your parts for cooling because the frame parts you're using actually don't cool very well, especially with your generator/booster combo.
Maybe the FL arms? The UL2 OB core? They'd make things run a lot cooler. But if you're not that concerned about OB, then things are fine the way they are.
As for you weapons, you may wanna remove either missile pack and use the reduced weight to equip a hangered weapon for your right arm since 98L dries up somewhat quickly. ROC2 will probably work best for this design, but SYLPH and 69H will also do you good. PERYTON too if you don't like the weight of ROC2
