I dunno... I don't think it'll matter if a tank gets genbusted versus someone with a flamethrower...

let's say the tank is equipped with an LGL and HP... the flamer will have get within the effective range of the linear gun and the handgun in order to unleash the flamethrower. Yes the tank may end up genbusted... but it'll be stun-lock-galore for the attacker.
