I see you're using this on the fic you're writing.
Anyway, for competition purposes the GIBBON arms give a lot more EN defense than the MACAQUE, which is something heavies desperately need, so that'll be my initial suggestion. 2nd, TP + HOLLOW on the LOTUS will put too much strain on your generator, I suggest at least the G84P to power both (the EC optional part will help as well) or the G91 if you're planning on droping the energy weapon.
The MPX has to go, because... well, Large missiles have a sloooow reload rate, a slow lock speed, and not to mention the missiles can easily be tricked to hit the ground, which leads to the wastage of ammo, of you plan on changing it, the MTs are usually a good missile set for heavies. The HARPY is ok IMO, keep it if you wish or you could squeeze in the HARPY2 if you want.
If you're planning to keep both the MPX and the HARPY, try to squeeze in the RM3 so at least all of your attacks can do more potential damage (the RM3 can possibly hide the MPX's missile flight path at close range thanks to the vapor trails, and act as a support for the HARPY).
I find the L arm grenade rifle to be lacking in terms of support ability and it also adversely affects all your other weapons because of its ND lock box. You could try the BP, instead while changing your right arm weapon to something else, maybe the SHADE or whatever weapon you find appropriate. If you plan to keep the HOLLOW, then try designing a frame that'll accomodate to its needs, which means a high refresh rate from your generator and possibly extra ammo from the ROE/2.
