Description:
A "Fast Hard-hitter"

DT noticed that the bullet velocities in FF are much faster, thus the low
velocity (aka powerful) weapons have a higher hit rate.
(ACs move slower in FF IMO)
I took advantage of this discovery and made an AC packed with a
handheld grenade luncher and a bazooka. Added the Hydra+Gar2 for
added firepower.
Tested it a number of times versus different AI ACs. The end result was
as I expected, "It Works!!!"
