I'm not too sure about the /U... EOS or the UA are definitely much better for this... unless of course you're using the /U for originality.
Also, since quads are generally drainy, and since it's important for quads to be able to do a lot of ground boosting, I do think that the LOTUS+VULTURE2 on this design is very unsafe because you can't boost too long with the current combo. It runs really cool though. But still, cookiecutter LOTUS+GULL or VULTURE2+G91 should work fine on this.
Everything else is looking pretty good. Nice weapons btw. XD
