the xs arms only has a 97% rating yet it's pretty quick.
the lemur2 has more but it's too slow....
reaction and recovery time are "invisible" stats. you have to "see" them for yourself.
speaking of reaction and recovery time, the elf3 and lb3 pull out rather quick...almost amakakeruryuunohirameki-like (
)), but too slow to recover. if you whiff, expect to get punished.
lb2's recovery time is one of the fastest and it allows multiple strikes in rapid succession using the old trick of holding either left or right while mashing the blade button. it's reaction time is also pretty fast.
