Haha, kahit walang blade sa AC, Adrian is still a blader at heart, so I wouldn't worry about that.
Anyway, on to the design: a very fast one, although not the Daemon-flanker you (AEA1) once built. HP on the hand's not banned, mind you, so you can pack it on there. Unless, you listed the two handguns as hangers, and not the main weapons, in which case this list is lacking. That reminds me, the builders for SL, NX and NB are up everyone. LR, you'll have to wait.
I would most definitely go with the Lotus, tuned to output. And drop the EC optional part if you decide to go with that. Less condenser cap = faster refresh, since the regeneration of the energy bar takes less time.
I like the idea of these intentionally OW ACs... they add a tactical advantage to the player in terms of flexibility, and all for just by thinking out of the box. Nice.
