I think the BIRDIE drains a bit too much especialy on something running on a G69, try the Birdie2 since it drains a lot less and has a higher boost power or maybe even the Vulture 2 (as much as it is redundant), and I think you can manage the drain as well as the heat on it.
As for internals, maybe instead of the G69 + ANANDA you'd prolly like the LOTUS + R92 just at much, plus it has less risk because of the huge redone of the LOTUS and the more efficient forced cooling of the R92 compared to the ANANDA.
As for the FCS, How does the LIMPET or the COWRY sound?
