Just finished:

Hellsing Ultimate- MAN this was an incredibly fun ride. I loved how Alucard was portrayed a not-so-nice-guy, but still gets the good guy job done.

Girls and Panzer-Yep, moe, but had very interesting tank combat, as well as pretty spot on historical accuracy!

Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works by Ufotable- One of the best anime on Fate I have EVER watched. Incredible budget,, faithfulness to the VN, etc etc etc etc. Playing the VN and still knowing the story, this blew me the fuck away.
