ALTEISEN RIESE MOTHAFUCKAZ!!!!!

[Image: 734079_389188544504324_1469465080_n.jpg]

Comparison with my 1/100 Alteisen (the Riese is 1/144)

It looks so fucking sexy.

Uuuuughhhhhhh yeahhhhhh.

Kits that are not ACs seem to be a lot more sturdy and structurally sound. lelz.

All parts are snug and fit, it's easy to pose (you just have to take into account the weight of the backpack), you don't really have to paint it for it to look sexy and it LOOKS

SO

SEXAAAAY.

:I

Only irk is that I needed to use mighty bond to stick the parts of the head together because they had horrible fitting issues (dammit Kotobukiya).

12/10 (Yeah I like the Alteisen/Alteisen Riese. Sue me :I)

Lastly, 1/144 Shiranui Second Yuuya Bridges Ki (It said KI on the box, dunno if it was supposed to be KAI or what but eh)

[Image: 603294_389188534504325_1014049394_n.jpg]

This one's probably one of the most recent kits I've made from Kotobukiya. Couldn't resist XD

The entire kit is pretty damn sturdy. Easy to pose. No lose bits. It's entire armament can be mounted and stored on it. The only lose bit are the Swords, that might come off during some posing/imagined fight scenes but the way they're designed (curved handle) usually stops it from falling all the way out.

As for the color, it's a lot more obvious that it isn't painted compared to the Riese, but since the Shiranui is mostly white anyway it didn't bother me. Also it's the smallest Kotobukiya kit I've come across, despite the large box it came in (all dem frame parts)

8/10

Das all o3o

Clearly, you weren't interested yet in mecha when Toonami first brought Gundam to the American public consciousness in the early 2000s, son. The Wing Zero's been popular since that time.

Personally, i can't stand the design.

Brother, the NG 1/144's been around since the late '90s. It's just really hard to track one down nowadays.

No kidding. The last time i saw one was several years ago. And priced a whole lot more than what it originally cost.

Uhhh, yeah. It's always been popular, be it Wing Zero or Wing Zero Custom. It's a main character MS after all.

Gundam Wing was pretty famous back in '98, being the first Gundam series to air in the US and the Philippines.

Too bad their new line didn't start out as 1/144 HGs instead.

All I'll do is wait for Frozen Teardrop and/or Glory of the Defeater to be animated and wait for the fires to re-ignite.

The general gist is that most newbie modelers (and a lot of veterans) prefer getting the larger-scaled ones since they're easier to build and work on than the smaller ones.

Smaller ones are harder to work on, simply because they're smaller. Larger ones are just that and more gimmicks. RGs are great.

Son, i know what you mean. I've seen your posts. You are aware that what you have is basically a recolored reissue of a model kit that was released back in 2004?
