1 you got to have a nice pose 2 good clothes and 3 facial expression
manga is a lot harder
you got to have a theme and then a script skills on background and arranging

I like how the cafe girl turned out. Good start on the colored pencils. You could use a bit of help with the tray and food she's holding though, since it's a bit off and look a little flat compared to the rest of the drawing.
