Okay, so my PSP and I have been like in a honeymoon phase for about 2 months now though after all the hardcore GuiltyGear-ing and some Patapwnage I've realized that I don't know much about the PSP game library. I'm sure there's more games that makes the PSP look good (let's leave Tekken out for now). Any suggestions?
Oh, I've come across this JP only released game called "Macross Ace Frontier." You basically play through 4 of the Macross eras (Macross, Macross-7, Macross Zero, Macross Frontier) and given that it has some level of customization I found it pretty awesome.
So yeah, I'm willing to try JP only games too so long as I don't need to read too much kanji or something (because I can't and voice cues generally walk me through stuff).

Correct me if I'm wrong... But that's the reason
for the PSP?

It is
2nd place reason would be: Tekken DR, for practice. That's about it.

Seriously though dude, there's lots of stuff on the PSP's library. Off the top of my head, here are some good ones:
God of War: Chains of Olympus
WipeOut Pulse
Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops (and Portable Ops Plus)
Phantasy Star Portable (good game in general, but pales in comparison to Monster Hunter)
Castlevania X Chronicles
Star Ocean: First Departure, Star Ocean: Second Evolution
...not to mention to ton of stuff you can
emulate on it now, virtually making the PSP also a NES, SNES, Genesis, PSX and MAME machine.

zomg PSX I wanna play the original FFT on it. XD; As well as Castlevania SotN. Thanks guys I'll try downloading this stuff later.
I'm still looking to find a source for the Monster Hunter 2G copy (that's already partially translated). And probably the Star Orcean series.

Forgot to mention FFT on the PSP too. Now comes with voiced cutscenes and old(er) English!

Flow...? Never heard of that guess I'll try it.
@Grim: I actually got disappointed with FFT for PSP because the effects cause the game to slow down. In addition to that the sound is emulated quite horridly. And uh, it's actually "modern" english. "Ye Olde English" is actually impossible to understand for people like me.
(note: Our era has "New Age English" or something.)
