Honestly, all I can think of right now is calling him a fucking retard. This will not do - I need to gather my thoughts so I can soundly thrash him coherently.

c. they're saying/doing something that interests me.

EDIT: Oh I forgot to tell, he saying that Natural Selection is fiction, just made my day. Ginawa nyang literal yung example mo, and that makes him a dumbass in itself. I believe people like him will not admit his mistake, dadaanin lang nya sa wordlplay yung reasoning nya. If that person can't even reason well in words, don't seek for his answers, mahihilo ka lang.

I really think that this guy's a part of a certain religion. He knows some stuff, but then again, he contradicts himself.
