Inspired by Ethermaster's Gundam Thread, the cannon fodders deserve to have more opportunities rather than just getting blasted all the time.
Everyone could post by comparing the mechs between video games and animes. You can compare other video games from animes, but THERE should be at least
1 cannon foddie when compared to something else. At least 2 mechs can be compared.
Example:
Overkill Engines from Carnage Heart
Front Mission Wanzers (FM4-5)
Scopedogs from VOTOMS
Ok, here's one (not an example anymore):
1)
Death Army from Gundam G
Zaku II from Gundam UC
Leos from Gundam W
Haha. I am fckng bored. Vote in terms of Firepower, Maneuver, Defense and Production Cost.

nearly forgot this topic...
Not sure which is a better match for the mechs in gasaraki: Scopedogs or labors?
I've never seen the anime titles so i barely know anything.

gasaraki mechs are small ... and aren't that mobile if I remember correctly scopedogs can run fast / dash and one more thing ... scopedogs don't take a toll on the pilot like gasaraki mechs ...
comment about the first comparison ... the death army isn't a standard cannon fodder mech ... its a cheat cannon fodder mech because it can revive itself and infect its enemies ... just like the borg
hmmm
eureka seven military lfo's vs srw's the gespent mk MP 2 vs macross' regult

please state were they came from I have heard of them but please place references as I have no brain cells of the late
the only ones I know are the virgos( G W) and doben wolf ( UC G)
haven't been introduced to l-gaim as I haven't played any srw games with it.
where is the r -schneide
lol my mecha knowledge is lacking XD
did a little research
... virgos are slow and only have one mode of attack ( makes it very predictable) but it has bad ass shields... (the virgo II would have been a better match IMO)
... doben wolf lots of weapons + the incoms...
bat - shuu ... checked mahq ... it looks bad ass but I can't make a comment with the specs I just have to try watching some of them in action on crunchy roll tommorow
r schneide ... google doesn't know what it is XD

MP mech from SRW OG that the Shadow Mirrors used. It was stated to be the R-Blade's MP form.
Please don't forget that the Virgo has an outer layer of Gundanium.

can't make more comments yet I have to know more about the bat shu
oh yeah I just remembered gundanium and all its counterparts all have a weakness you always see in the series ... physical armor sucks against energy / beam weaponry ... anyway it seems all of the other mechs seems to be the "elite" type of mass production types then a more appropriate example for srw would be the MP ashsaver.
the R Schniede is actually the R - Eins was this from OG 1 or 2? can't remember its been a while since I played the game ..

Gundanium does quite well against beams.
I guess we could change the R-Schneide for the MP Ashsaver.

hmm if so then won't you think it would be overpowered if there are also 5 virgo's then everyone else doesn't have a two layered wall of protection?

Well, from what I have touched, the Bat-Shuu should have good armor and also has a powerful beam cannon. As for the Ashsaver and Doven Wolf, I don't know.
