I have this problem too. They made the forums viewable by members only to alleviate the problem of too many users draining the server's resources, but it looks like that hasn't solved the problem.

Usually when this happened in the past I just waited for around an hour before checking back.

Well ACO hosts the largest english-language Armored Core community outside Japan, And it is pretty up-to-date when it comes to news related to Armored Core.
