New trailer looks great, and has convinced me to go see it.

I was unsure after the
first teaser, but now... nice!

Definitely not going to see it because of the whitewashing. This series has an obvious Asian setting and the lead roles should have gone to Asian-Americans at the very least. I really liked the animated series, too.

I wasn't at all aware of this whole issue until now.
EDIT: Honestly though, I'm not bothered.

its disconcerting but I thing its still worth too watch ... what would piss me off if they removed the comedy inherent to the serious for mindless action ... next trailer need more comedy for me to bite into this XD

I'm not telling anyone not to watch; just presenting certain inconvenient truths about the movie. It'd be like sticking the cast from The Departed in Hong Kong (as Triad members and HK policemen!), to film a remake of Internal Affairs. Or using the all white Hollywood cast of The Magnificent Seven to play Samurai in Japan in a remake of Kurosawa's Seven Samurai.
It's a big deal to Asian kids in North America, where Asians are the minority. I was actually happy to see East Asian culture (finally) being represented in cartoons when Avatar: TLA was still showing, so it's quite disappointing to see my favorite characters in the series having their race changed because of a stupid marketing decision.

It's exactly like what they did to Bruce Lee in Kung Fu.

Hahah epic review is epic. Can't say the same for the movie though. Not that I've watched.
