This AC boasts a wide variety of weapon setups, coupled with a diverse range of mobility options. The AC starts the match at full capacity with all weapon slots filled, designed for combat against heavier ACs at longer ranges. What sets this design apart is its reliance on the 69M + BP combo. The highly visible and accurate 69M missiles, combined with the BP's swift and nearly imperceptible projectile, can disrupt enemy evasion patterns, especially when they are caught off guard.

Consider dropping the 73MV when engaging in a low-ceiling environment, or omit the RM3 if your opponent adopts a defensive AC strategy. While the 69M + BP serves as the central weapon combo for mid to close ranges, utilize the RS for poking at long range or against airborne opponents. Use the vertical missiles liberally to impede opponents' movement across open maps, and close in with the missile + BP combo. As the match progresses and your opponent's armor points decrease to around 1500-2000, abandon the BP and switch to the RS + handguns combination to finish them off.

Against lightweight rushers, discard the vertical missiles and BP. Leverage your mobility, missiles, and RS + 69H to match their speed and damage output.

The AC's name was inspired by this Beatmania IIDX song:

PEERLESS UNDER HEAVEN can be translated into 天下一品 or Tenkaippin.

It is also the name of a chain of ramen restaurants in Japan.
