Well the frame and internals are OB staples, so no problem there. Weapons look good too.
I'll try this out a little later.
I'd tune GULL for 0,0,2,8 rather than 0,0,8,2 though.

The URCHINs are there for some stun while the RM3 does the dirty work. I got fascinated by the ROC4 anyway, so I've been using it for most of my current ACs. I might as well keep the tuning for the boosters from changing, it doesn't really affect me anyway (hopefully, otherwise I'm pretty much gonna be a fried goat in my AC).
