major influences of this design are:

following my own suggestion for the leperdude's <a href='http://ravenrepublic.net/index.php?showtopic=329' target='_blank'>Alexander</a> (that's what imma call it till he comes up with an official name), i paired the lemur with the 77a.

the initial B/G (84p+b81) combo is borrowed from guppy's prometheus 9a- *crowd boos* <_< aaanywaayyy.......i thought i might give the b81's low charge drain some purpose by equpping an energy weapon. which leads me to....

the AST rifle + Griffon combo (techically, it ain't the primary combo on this rig ). the valiant type beta sports the r3+giffon combo which provides pretty good accuracy at midrange. i thought i should use an AST rifle for this one.

the lowdown:

now despite the poor ground boost performance, this ac, to me, does not feel "sluggish" unlike most fully-loaded heavies thanks to the underweighing. it still has some decent response. in summary, this ac uses accurate weapons to make up for the lack of mobility.

The frame and weapons all seem to be top-class.

I suggest using the GOLGI optional part though. I also think you don't need the PHAGE because normally, you wouldn't wanna fire GRIFFON in rapid succession though. So yeah, instead of PHAGE, you could probably go GOLGI and RIBOSE/R+.

And though I am a fan of the B81, I'm not too sure about it on this design. Because of its supremely low heat, I tend to prefer it for OB designs. And coupled with an OB core, I tune B81 for acceleration so that it can jink better, and since there's OB, boost power shouldn't matter much. So... yeah basically I'm suggesting for you to either change the B81 or put an OB core. But if it works for you here, then that's fine.

And as always, I suggest tuning G84P to (7,3,0)... but that's a matter of preference.

EDIT -

1. I followed your advice. golgi does wonders.
2. changed the b/g combo to the 84p/vulture2.
3. changed the u3 to the u2. the high heat resistance of the u2 keeps the heat from 84p in check.
4. the lemur2 on the starter thread is a typo. it's actually the lemur.

wanzer, you uber-whore.

This AC is one of the sturdiest I've seen in a long time, not counting Rick's ACs. The changes you made to the original concept really buffed it up even more. Now it can handle rushers with the Nymphe + RM3 and Griffon, stun people with the RL, and take care of any missiles with the Medusa, no problem. Can you say moving fort? Lolz... ay hindi pala moving fort, charging cavalry pala. Hehe.

The only thing you have to be wary of is those snipers who attack from above... but then again with 2116 shell defense, you won't have much problem with that, won't you? Scratch that then. Be wary of energy weapons instead.
