Has a thread for these things been created before? I'm thinking of getting one for Tekken 6 while I'm here since for some reason, a lot of good players are found in the arcades and not at home where you can play for free on a console -_-

It's either that or the Hori SF4 Arcade Stick.
I know this is out as well:

But as you can see, it says fight stick and not arcade stick. In terms of reviews, people say there's a huge difference.
I don't play SF4, but I honestly like the SF4 design more than the Tekken 6 one
Lars is fugly and Heihachi is old as cannabis cultivation (3000 BC).
What do you think I should get?

I got (well technically, my cousin got me) the SF4 Tournament Edition. It's solid, heavy and you get what you pay for - high-quality Sanwa balltop and buttons, and easily modifiable body. The totality of the reviews I've read on it is very promising.
I'm not familiar with the T6 stick, sorry.
The artwork shouldn't matter much, I think, because if you're really going to be bothered by it you can change it out anyway. What should matter is the base and weight of the whole thing. Then, if you're hardcore, invest in Sanwa or Seimitsu parts, whichever ones you favor more.

I don't know how to modify a stick. Will I have to learn how to if I buy one?
Part of the reason why I'm going to buy a good quality one is because I don't want to bother with swapping out faulty or uncomfortable parts

Not really, but it's certainly a plus. You're correct though, if you get the high-end stuff from the start, you won't have to fiddle with the insides much (or at all).

ARTBOOK.
I just really wish there was an option not to have Lars' face on the panel.
But as Mix said, it can be changed
