This is a joke AC built for but a single purpose, to FLY! While flying It'll rain down Bullets and Grenades over it's foes.

Basically I can't come up with a good low drain weapon setup to make this work right now. It stays in the air rather easily though.

I switched out R69 for ANANDA but so far it looks like in order to be able to recharge with the extensions active I have to keep the AC's base consumption under half the total supply.

I created an AC like this, but its a missle boat.
I was able to recharge w/ extensions active with more than 50% of the total energy drain on the KONGOH. You can easily modify it to be a flying sniper.
