I'll just comment on the sniper. It's a bit slow for a sniper, I think, though you do have Shinatsu. But you have other weapons as close range deterrents anyway. Maybe Predire intead so that you have a bigger box to work with the backweapons? And doesn't Amur makes the 12/V reload take forever? Maybe another head, too, like Beowulf, since, imo, snipers don't really need to check on enemy defenses.

I havent found a good substitute for the arms(excluding those highly accurate CE Arms) without lowering the defences too much. Im starting to like the Seidenbaums too, I think they're a good replacement for the 12/V, but I just hate their 899 muzzle velocity compared to 12/V's 1299.
Atm I'm using sealeye, am28-s, Seidenbaums, then dropped the CQ weapons for added speed. I find Burya boosters workable too.

I've been using Animas on my sniper, but /I is acceptable too. Both have double slots for sub computers anyway.

12/V is for really long range, while Seidenbaums need to work a bit closer. Just depends on the direction you want to take.

Also consider dafeng or even burya for the boosters. You'll just jump in the air and hang there while you try to get a lock anyway.
