This AC is specifically made for Hit and Run tactics and OB "spammage". It can reach 800+ once you drop NIX and MIST2.
What do you think? Suggestions? Comments?

Doesn't the MIST2 have a special lock? It might affect your targeting ability by shrinking the lock box size, so go for the MIST or maybe another handgun that has a WS lock like the 69H.
Also I think the G91 + R92 is a bit too hot for the 91HM even on short bursts, since we're talking about 5800 ++ of boosting heat here. I suggest at least the LOTUS + R92 or even the G69 + ANANDA (God forbid, its the first time I've ever recomended the starting generator on ANY design... but I've tried it and it did perform very well) to manage your OB and regular boosting heat.
This AC is pretty sick, it travels at 500 kph easily, and without weapons can easily boost at 600. I'm worried about the lack of missile defense though I don't know if there's anything that can be done about it without sacrificing the ACs other strong points.

Yup, this is one of the most underrated generators for OB usage IMO. Especially with the Eos. The G69's not noticed much because it's the starter gen, and most people underestimate it. But actually its relatively high condenser capacity and low calorific heat combined with the Eos' good acceleration to heat ratio makes one very potent and whorable setup. If you can fit it into this hover, I'd suggest it. Not only does the Eos provide much better defense than the 840/UL, but it powers the movement of this AC much better.
EDIT: Definitely.

Actually... standard AC parts are usually underestimated and not to mention... underused... Despite of their good stats... Looks like we have an October Design Contest Theme coming up... hehe...

Don't worry about the heat generated by the legs, that's what the OB's for :excited: (hence OB spammage I mentioned earlier) The booster is only used for a short while to stop the the "auto-brakes" from occuring after OBing. (is it a bad idea?
)
Though I might give your suggestions a try, in the weekend hopefully
EDIT: Hmm... About the handgun suggestion, you have a point there, I'll probably change it to CR-WH69H. I'll test it first.

Ver 2 is a bit better but I have some small changes.
Fudoh+Laurel to G69+Ananda. G69 is basically the only gen you can use with hovers because it's the only gen with a low enough cal value so that when your legs do break (and they always do) you won't go into OPD instantly.
With that I'd change the FCS to either Limpet or Cowry and your missiles from Nymphe to 69M with RM3 for quick easy spam.
Back it up by adding another 69H in the hangar and you're all set.
Nice design, I have a MG hover too but it uses dual NIX/M2.

I think I'll stick with with FUDOH, I tried G69 in the hover, boosting is great, but OBing seems way too short. <_<
About the 69M suggestion, I'll give it a go
And thnx for the input :excited:

I assumed that was the non-OB UL core (oops). You really don't need OB on a hover, just use the Hover tap trick and you'll stay at a great speed. When a hover OBs it has to recover which means you slow way down allowing more time and far more opportunities for you legs to break. At least that's my experiance with them.

This core is pure OB, occassionally using tap boost to stop the brakes.
BTW thanks for the suggestions, I also changed the MIST2 to 69H and hanger to WRAITH, thanks for the great ideas.
