Pretty much you have access to different kinds of bridge building materials and designs, you'll also be able to test if your bridge is workable under stress conditions. You can also specify the conditions of what kind of bridge to construct by varying the distance and height of the bridge needed and support structures.
The goal is to create a workable bridge for the least amount of cash.
Kinnda fun to play even though this was made for a serious contest for bridge designing.
