you need to have 5000+ surplus energy and hit 400+ kph fully loaded.
anyway,
drop the ec because the 89f is gonna need all the turning speed it can get since its a borderline heavy. i recommend you replaced it with the codon on both designs. also, doesn't the uranus fire quick enough? an antimissile countermeasure like the kissyoh would help.
