Since dual-wielding the ROC4 was legal under current PACT rules, I couldn't help but think about this grenade-wielding quad.
Please test this thing if you like and give a few opinions.

Oh man.. Dual GLL. Spam-fest.
I haven't tried the AC yet, so I dunno how helpful my suggestions will be.. But anyway..
First off, the ops: Histon -> Amino or ES. Since you're dual-wielding ROC4, having Histon on can be too taxing on the energy, especially when you're boosting and/or using the EO (and also taking into consideration that this is a quad). Having one Roc4 is theoretically enough to kill an AC. Two of those, well, do the math.
Why not try putting in the Lizard instead of Gavial? The Gavial series, IIRC, is too heavy for its own good. This AC'll be needing the extra speed to be able to get close-in to use the GLLs.
Last off, does this AC self-heat? GULL + G84P looks too hot for most ACs, even with R92. If it does self-heat, why not try the G91 or Lotus (or Fudoh)?
