"All Hail Shrapnel, The l33t one" jk - wanzerfreak - 12-12-2006 hehehe. ) b2 --> b3 (better hit rate and faster target aquisition. the b2 takes a while to get a lock, like the KRSW.) GAYron2 --> GAYron (less drain. a bit heavy though) other: it's tough to use the LGL on a quad offensively because you're gonna hug the ground for a good amount of time. perhaps using it after dropping out of a succesful flanking attempt with OB? the LGL+1hp creates so much stun that you can catch anyone who doens't have 10000 stability on a stun-lock. btw, check out my Thundershot. It also has the LGL equipped. it's only used as a close-range deterrent. - Crimson - 12-13-2006 If I do put the b3 on here it should clear up space for the Geyron (or Gayron as yall call it...lol...thats funny to me because we call this dude 'Gayron' sometimes) Should I go EOS or stick with the 89E? They both have their ups and downs, but im not sure yet. Im perfectly fine with hugging the ground while using the LGL because of its great stun, and like you said, LGL + HP for stun lockage. I also may be able to squeeze the Lizard on here when everything is all said and done. - NiX - 12-13-2006 B3 and GERYON are both lighter than B2 and GERYON2 if I remember correctly. And yes, I do recommend B3 and GERYON over the weapons that you currently have. C89E is totally fine in my opinion. If you ever do get to stun-lock anyone with the LGL and HP, you can sneak in some C89E shots while they're stunned! - Crimson - 12-13-2006 I have been working with the EOS, B3, and Geyron on here and ultimately, I love it. Geyron opens up the fight for the AP lead and then i will decide to drop it or not then get in close with the B3, HP and Urchin and I may also unleash with the LGL just because its thw pwnz0r lol. - wanzerfreak - 12-13-2006 Should I go EOS or stick with the 89E? They both have their ups and downs, but im not sure yet. eos is the OB core for heavies. pros: -powerful OB -high solid def -high heat resistance to counter the OB wind up -low equip drain cons -no CAMS -poor en def -no hangers 89e - the rifle core. pros -solid eo, no energy management needed -decent damage up close cons -low heat resistance and cooling -unreliablc CAMS -eo cores have no hangers -innacurate outside 200m your choice. - NiX - 12-13-2006 89E has good defense too. And if you will refer to our CAMS percentages thread, you'll see that 89E actually isn't that far off from U3 in terms of missile defense. In this case, I still say 89E over EOS though. If not, then go UA. - Crimson - 12-13-2006 I dont wanna go UA on here because then i may wanna put hangers, but I know that isnt allowed and I like to follow ban rules even though I dont play officially, why...dont ask lol. I like the EOS because of positioning purposes. This is generally a close-mid quarters AC and the EOS helps me keep the range in my favor, plus quick get-a-ways. On top of that, this AC has proven to have enough kill-power without the EOs that they arent really needed. The EOS will stay for the time being. - Crimson - 12-15-2006 Picture now added, props to Leperman Comments are welcomes - Crimson - 12-16-2006 Sorry for the triple post... But I was working with this design some and I decided to try the Pixie3 over the B3 because it is lighter and since I have 2 good sized cannons on my back, it would help to be more agile without the OB. I think I will go Pixie3 + HP or Pixie3 + Nix, or 69H + 69H, or something along those lines |
