Color: the black preset, only use purple on the detail.
Strategy: Unit uses high laser rifle on close range for high hit rate. It's shotgun and rocket are its main means of attacking.
Comments: Its just mainly a remake of Moody M. With higher energy recovery rate(I cuz i tried to make Nova-RG, it has a slow recovery rate)

You forgot the boosters
Compared to Nova-RG, this one is a bit slower. The starter core and arms don't help either, try changing them to something else.
I'd go for the BP instead of the SPIRIT, just as accurate but virtually no energy drain and faster lock time, making it easier to use at closer ranges. Also, why rockets? Is the design a hybrid Panzer-M and Nova-RG?
