There seems to be a bug in the Oekaki though; the timer reverts back to 0 when you leave the page, and then load it back.
Edit: I meant 'leave the page containing your work', then load it back.
Edit2: Either it's just my DNS, or there's probably something wrong with our host as well.

Hmm, the measures are that they can't post anywhere else until they introduce themselves in the intro subforum. I haven't had much success with keeping them from signing up though.
