That's not H+ or OP-I.
Maybe I should explain the strategy:
At the start, if you're in a open area, ready the LX, and kneel. If you know the guy's gonna fire missiles at you, activate RURI to brush them off.
One hit with the LX should be enough for AP lead. But more isn't bad at all.
Once the guy's in a threatening range, make sure that your OB has already been started up.
Drop that LX, and try to kill him the funny way.
Also, doesn't thsi AC look badass? XD

i'd use RM3 over RM2 for the simple reason that when the you have fired of all your Harpy/RM3 shots you still have at least 2 or 3 volley's of RM3 to use with 69M, which can be good if you're charging down your opponent.

The LX is good too. I don't use it all that much myself but i did try out your changes to this ac only i used Limpet instead.

if I put RS instead, it would be change arms to FL, FG or XS.
