[OLD] Raven Republic Mascot Needed - J.E_Magog - 10-08-2006
I've had an idea about an AC mascot that will represent raven republic. Make a list of your TOP 3(<span style='font-size:8pt;line-height:100%'>or more</span>) favorite external parts(<span style='font-size:8pt;line-height:100%'>head,core,arms,legs,arm unit L/R,Back units, extensions</span>), and the parts getting the highest average will be used to build our AC mascot. please use NX-LR parts only.

Remember guys, this is a list for a representative of RR: list parts that are nice to look at, yes, but also parts that you'll actually equip on an AC for use in battle. Still, it'd be nice if it was original as well. :tongue:
So, like, go for these three when listing stuff:
1. useability,
2. aesthetics,
3. and originality,
and all the rest will fall into place.
Head: SR2, Hornet, Queen
Core: Helios, Atlas, Gaea
Arms: XS, FL, Macaque
Legs: Panther, Jaguar, Lizard
Extensions: RM, SS2, Iwato
Back Units: Nymphe, GL, Pegasus
Arm Unit L: Taros, Moonlight, HP
Arm Unit R: Nioh (blow this up to the size of the Ettin lol), RS, Karasawa

I'll just post my votes for the frame. If it's an AC mascot, just give it the basic Phoenix-type weapons (machine gun, missile launcer and grenade launcher), that way AC talaga ang dating.

Remember that jonevangelist here is only doing these 'cause he wants to. We can't force him to make more than one. And having one mascot would be more unifying, lol.
I agree though, nay on the usual setups. I'd go for a parry blade and a laser blade with the Pegasus myself, but I already put up my list.

I got thinking though... should the look of it really matter? Or more importantly, should our mascot be more of a representative of how we play (i.e., what parts we really use)? I think it's worth thinking about.
The parts you've all listed so far are useable really. It's the combination of parts in the end that will be the significant factor. But since that's decided by part popularity, I have to say this: if the final combination results in an AC that is quite iffy, we'll have to change some of the parts. Before you guys start saying "Nag vote pa tayo, eh papalitan lang pala sa huli," maliit na change lang naman ang gagawin eh, like a changing the head or one of the weapons only, so it's not that big of a deal. And judging by the current parts listed, that chance of an iffy AC is quite small.
Sorry ah, pero I want this thing to be really representative of us... not just something based on flashy and beautiful looking parts. I edited the my first post on this topic to show this.
One last thing: once again, bipeds are the most popular leg set. Oh, us whores. :tongue:
