With the right tools, you can.
I can srsly do that too, sa L2 nga lang. It would take 2-3 months to get 20 chars playing smoothly, tapos you add one at a time 'til you get to the most you can pilot without getting IP banned rofl
Not to mention that you need A HELL OF A LOT OF MONEY to get all those PCs @_@
