Yup, Eye3 FTW, but if you're getting tired of using it, nothing wrong with going with the lesser-used parts once in a while.
F73H is really better for dual gunners though.
You could drop the Empusas or the Magoragas for more specialization. Like drop the Magoragas for more tactical play (to engage in hide and seek with the shotties and the verts), or drop the Empusas for OB jousting. Not only will this make you lighter and faster, but it's much more fun than creating an all-arounder, IMO. Gimmick ACs nearly always trump the all-arounders.

Na-try mo na yun MONJU, instead of KOKUH? Mas mabilis maglock ng MONJU kaysa sa KOKUH (168 vs. 200 missile lockspeed, respectively). Also, mas malaki yun lockbox ng MONJU. Pero kung ginagamit mo yun KOKUH para sa mataas niyang vs.ECM, then, why not, noh?
