I just saw this in some other thread and some people were saying they can see it rotate counter-clockwise, while me, im currently seeing it as rotating clockwise.
How do you see it??

Now I won't lie. Personally I can see it both ways. It's pretty damn awesome. I even checked the gif layers to see if people were being fooled by hidden frames of animation, but no, this is legit.
Try to look at it ala Magic Eye, see what you can see.

OMG
A few days ago she was spinning clockwise no matter how long I looked. Today she was spinning counter-clockwise, then I reloaded the window and it's both ways =_= I'm dizzy now.
I think Black Dragon is right, it has something to do with the legs and where your vision is focused.

Wow okay I finally saw it going counter-clockwise.
If I concentrate hard enough, I can switch the direction and then I'll see it consistently going in that single direction. I have to concentrate again to see it go the other direction. I have to focus my vision completely on her bottom foot which meets her shadow in order to make the shift.
Predominantly, I still see it going clockwise though.
Now my head hurts.
EDIT: REALLY hurts. Kinda like the feeling of being sea-sick.
