^Agreed. The only thing in the video that made me sort of feel sorry for the person was the absence of a footbridge.

I was in that same area the week before Holy Week. There actually is a nearby footbridge. The guy was just too lazy to use it.

Madalas sa may malapit na footbridge, hindi ginagamit dahil mataas daw, nakakapagod. Tawid na lang kahit bawal.
