I've heard stories like this from my friends as well. They registered but their names did not appear in the voter lists.

After everything he's done, he still manages 7+ million votes. Ahead of Villar, the biggest spender on campaign ads, and Gibo and Gordon, the two men who I think are the only ones capable of handling the job.

I think Noynoy spent just as much as Villar. It just wasn't all his own money... which means he owes a lot of people.

I think these results are most depressing for Mar Roxas.
He had to settle for the VP post even though he wanted the presidency. His VP win was almost assured. And then from behind, this "dark" (
) horse suddenly overtakes him. That must royally royally suck.
