It feels a little strange how CNN's been showing pictures of people celebrating in the US all day, given that someone just died. I totally get why some people would celebrate, but I'd feel more relieved that justice has been served, rather than wanting to go out somewhere to chant U-S-A U-S-A!! etc.

A dissenting opinion is a welcome addition to any rational discussion. I never read the site myself but I'd assume "thinking freely" would equate to having a clear grasp of all the issues at hand given the situation.
By the way, the piece seems like satire. Read the last paragraph.
