Isn't Noynoy pro-RHB? That's all I ask of him.

RE: Catholic Church Discussion Thread - Shintetsu - 06-02-2010

You know it's definitely going the wrong way if the RCC is still playing the slippery slope argument over something that only 'sounds' immoral.

Facepalm

This from an institution that has systematically hidden sex abusers, pedophiles, and rapists for the past few decades.

Until they can seriously have all these offenders brought to justice and clean up their act (among a myriad of other issues), I think the most sensible thing they can do is sit back, and enjoy a nice, hot cup off...

Which reminds me, there's a mag that's on stands right now, I'll confirm if it was Newsweek or Time, but I'm definitely sure that the cover is related to all this shitstorm the RCC's in.

Vatican calls for dialogue with atheists...unless your name happens to be Richard Dawkins, or Christopher Hitchens
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/vatican-reaches-out-to-atheists-ndash-but-not-you-richard-dawkins-1987518.html

The only way anybody would agree to this dialogue is if the Church sent three of their most well known members: Cardinal Fang, Cardinal Ximinez, and Cardinal Biggles.

I like the way it used to be called "Touchdown Jesus" lol.

Makes for a perfect motivator too.
