Kelangan Dried Grilled Squid talaga. Iba kasi yung flavor. Kapag relenong pusit, na may sweet -sauce- medyo passable eh. You could probably look for cuttlefish kung walang pusit. WTF childhood meal pag ayaw ulam.Parang banana-peanut butter na may kanin :3 RE: The FOOD Topic. - zero_kanipan - 07-09-2015 peanut butter and banana actually go well together. it's a valid snack in the US iirc. ang weird eh banana at PATIS with rice. today's lunch was 7-11's busog sisig meal and lucky me supreme jjamppong plus boiled sitaw. as always, the sisig smelled and looked like someone threw up on some rice. the sourness however worked well with the very spicy jjamppong. the spicy smell of the seafood noodle soup also overpowered the smell of the instant sisig so it was no longer an issue. the boiled sitaw offered a different texture, crunchy and chewy which balances out the mushy sisig and soft noodles. I never experienced weird meals as a kid. Milo-rice, Bear Brand-rice is actually too different for me until now. Kaya siguro bumabawi ako ngayong matanda na ako RE: The FOOD Topic. - Mjting - 07-09-2015 (07-09-2015, 05:49 PM)Serene Wrote:(07-09-2015, 12:05 PM)zero_kanipan Wrote: peanut butter and banana actually go well together. it's a valid snack in the US iirc. ang weird eh banana at PATIS with rice.Kaya nga I sad banana-peanut butter with rice eh. Haha. at least we are low maintenance in a survival sense. lol RE: The FOOD Topic. - Serene - 07-09-2015 Reminded me of that Ovaltine commercial. Paano kung walang ice? Masarap pa din! Paano kung walang water? Masarap pa din! RE: The FOOD Topic. - Mjting - 07-09-2015 (07-09-2015, 06:46 PM)Serene Wrote: Reminded me of that Ovaltine commercial. HAHA I wouldn't welcome that level of low maintenance-ness, but it is still acceptable in dire situations. Instead of pork chunks, i used ground pork. For the veggies, i just chopped up half a carrot, two potatoes, one bell pepper and three pieces of siling labuyo. Two cubes of curry roux were more than enough for the sauce. As expected, it was flaming. RE: The FOOD Topic. - Serene - 07-10-2015 I'll try that next time. Thew mistake I made with the pasta yesterday was that I used pork chunks RE: The FOOD Topic. - Fox - 07-10-2015 San nagbebenta ng Japanese na curry roux diyan sa Caloocan? RE: The FOOD Topic. RE: The FOOD Topic. - Fox - 07-12-2015 The One Where Leperman Couldn't Make It. |
