Seriously, I think the generic combination of business suit/trench coat + fedora + machinegun + gasmask is good enough, we have to keep to the timeline no?

Gasmasks would be good if characters are on a raid that usually uses some kind of harmful gas or something like that, although it doesn't really work if worn all the time, unless you want to exaggerate him/her as a distinguished red shirt.

actually if you give him a "doctor" like outfit but black (to better fit the mafia theme) the gas mask won't seem that out of place.
