TALON CHANGES: -Max damage for PRIMARY SPECIAL: WAS: 150 HP NOW: 100 HP -SNIPER RIFLE PICK UP RESPAWN TIME: WAS: 30 seconds NOW: 75 seconds -NUKE XP- HITTING A STATUE: WAS: 45 P NOW: 75 HP -AXEL PRIMARY ATTACK- INITIAL CRUSH DAMAGE WAS: 70 (then went up to 80, then 90, then 100 with each successive crush in a time limit) NOW: 50 damage for FIRST crush, then 80,90, 100. most of the changes seems good, i hope they keep this up this my suggested balance changes though, it almost kinda matches up RE: TWISTED METAL PS3 - NiX - 03-18-2012 Daming updates ah. XD RE: TWISTED METAL PS3 - atdsutm - 03-18-2012 they are primarily updating on the server issues atm, it was surprising that they launched a balance patch. aside from the launch date patch which nerfed meatwagon's special from 50 to 40, this is the 2nd "balance" patch. they nerfed axel's special damage which is dominant only at FFA games, and nerfed sniper weapons in general to reduce the abuse of snipers and talons. talons on the other hand got a damage nerf, although i think it is not enough atm. We feel these numbers will change that while making sure JYD doesn't become over powered in terms of XP. WINNING A GAME OF NUKE XP CURRENT: 100XP CHANGE TO: 600XP REASON: Nuke games not played enough and many folks online say that the 30 min time limit that yields tiny XP for most players is the reason. Here's the exchange between Bill and I that brought us to agree on this number: the all caps part is copied pasted in Jaffe's blog. as some changes are tweaked in the final patch version. Jaffe also specifically responded to my calling and Roadkill was buffed. If I didnt post anything, he might had missed Roadkill in the patch. He stated that the changes can be immediately tweak since its server side and could possibly be changes on monday base on feedback. Although i think Roadkill is a "little" bit strong, but the megagun nerf and other changes are incredibly good and spot on. ============================================ He also stated that, he is currenly requesting to Sony to release a multiplayer game version that only costs $10 to play the game online, just as KILLZONE 3 had a multiplayer-only version sold.
