Before I post the sillyetpropagandallikenotreallycoolstorybro, in my
opinion *since i don't really know what's up* i think what you can
watch out for are foods that have high cholesterol **TEH BAD ONE** and
sodium. Also get a regular sleep pattern and if possible let eyes rest
for a week at least. Also, HYDRATE yourself, reading about the heat makes me =O
although it is......perfect for growing....*ah you know what*. The tips
are general but they are healthy guidelines to follow especially with
your case. I hope and wish you good vibes and health.

So I've taken a few more pointers at work here, I'm practically not playing games for a week starting tomorrow, I've also considerably lowered the brightness/contrast settings of the monitor too.
I would say "Please pass the peace bong.." but, Canada seems so far awayy~

i'm not sure if it is legal to send hemp products in the philippines. I would assume it is as long as it's a final product *non psychoactive of course*. If not....................... (-__________________-)
Hemp milk?
Hemp seeds + water + *additional flavor* Blend til smooth.....no bullshit, that's it. Overall hemp milk is betterr than almond/nut milks. NO ALLERGIC REACTIONS + OMEGA 3 & 6.

Rant: My stomach is still fucked. I'm going for both a gastroscopy and a colonoscopy tomorrow, because the doctors have been giving me a ton of antibiotics, none of which convincingly worked. Basically, taking Augmentin gave me stomach cramps/pain/gastritis/GERD/diarrhea... etc etc. and nothing's really working to cure it. The medicines just stop the symptoms. When I stop taking them, they come back. So, I just hope that they don't find anything serious.
Also, still have dry eyes from the ear infection. Because of everything, I've been in and out of the hospital almost every day for the past few weeks. So fucking annoying.
