Here's one...

Don't know if it can be considered a riddle, though...

One family leaves for a city 660 kilometers away at a rate of 55 km/h.

Another family leaves for the same city an hour later, going at a rate of 60 km/h.

Question: Which family arrives first, and how late will the other be?

Try and answer...

- strawhat_luffy - 07-22-2007

both families reach the point at the same time

Nice one...

Here's another...

(only for those who have done chemistry and have a periodic table with both oxidation numbers and molar mass)

Describe the setup for an experiment based on Faraday's 2nd law of electrolysis. Use beakers containing solutions of AgNO3, NiSO4, and Sn(NO3)4. Allow current to flow until an amount of AgNO3 equal to its molar mass has been liberated.

Have fun with this one...
