He's a brother of my batchmate in grade school. Never met him though. I wonder what happened.
The backlash against him is spreading pretty fast, (especially on Facebook), but agreed: simply not a proper way to react.

The full name is actually Robert "Blair" Carabuena. The guy's Facebook page got taken down a little after 10pm. His Twitter and other social network accounts followed shortly. Fat lot of good it'll do him as his pictures are now circulating wildly.
EDIT: apparently, the guy in the purple shirt got angry after the MMDA dude flagged him down for violating one of our traffic laws. Yeah, some people's sense of self-importance is just so skewed.
