There's a PS3 rental in UM that has BlazBlue (hurrah!)
No online though :,C But oh well. I finally got a hang of some good Rachel combos as well as how some of her pressure play works. I can't believe she can be a pressure/mixup + damage character (so long as she has silpheed). It kinda overshadows her lack of defense options (like a shoryuken). I'm in love. Lawl.

can anyone give me some decent easy Noel comboes, because at the moment im just using her drive as a combo and also 6A.

You can go to dustloop.com They normally have pretty thorough guides out there.
6A > jA jB > jc > jB jC 623C.
A > B > C > 3C > 236236D.
She has a fairly long combo that involves frame cancelling through the use of grab.

Hakumen + Combo = ????
Well, you CAN do a C > 41236C > 214B then...
If opponent is cornered... 2C > jC > 214B/C. That goes to about 7 stars and should take out well over half.
If the opponent isn't cornered... 623A,A > jC/j.Grab > Grab.
If you really wanna do some powerful Hakumen Combos, you'd wanna learn how to use 6D and Mugen mode.
Most of the time this loop hits anyone
Mugen Combo
41236C (Cancel at first hit) > 214B (Cancel at first hit) > 623A,A... repeat.
