Anyway, yun nga ang pinag-uusapan.
If we have predetermined partners, we'll be barring the entry of any unexpected participants. And we all know how erratic RR attendance tends to be. There's also the issue of skill levels between teams. It'll definitely be more fun this way though.
Randomized teaming is probably the safer choice.
