Playing for Change is a foundation that helps musicians and their communities by building things such as schools and refugee centers. Their youtube page has links to really nice video compilations of buskers (street musicians) all over the world singing inspirational songs. They're all really well done. I like how Stand By Me incorporated a number of musicians from places as far away from each other as New Orleans and Africa.
