as for venue we already more or less reserved the 8th floor the whole west wing this time so there will more than one convention hall this time
in any-case last time i checked the event layout, for now separated into 3 separate convention halls which is activity, merch and forgot what the 3rd hall is for XD

In truth the only course I can think of at the moment is have them auction them to charity and I'll just get a copy of the pictures in digital format... I'm flat broke and I have no experience in ordering thing online or abroad. ( Well aside from what I can gather from my job, but that doesn't exactly paint a pretty picture.)
And yes this is specifically a cry for help.
