Honestly, all I can think of right now is calling him a fucking retard. This will not do - I need to gather my thoughts so I can soundly thrash him coherently.

a. I know them in real life;
b. they're cool (as in you're-OK-cool, not OMG-you're-popular-cool), or
c. they're saying/doing something that interests me.
