North Korean cartoons.
The animation quality is surprisingly very good for a kid's show coming out of one of the worlds most secluded countries. If you look closely at some scenes, you can see similarities with some of the older DPRK propaganda videos, particularly the ones where the little furry animals are crying tears of joy when they're about to go back to their homeland/city and when they do a little gymnastics.
